Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process, including providing a return shipping label if applicable.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including final sale items, swimwear, and undergarments due to hygiene reasons. Customized or altered items are also non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged or defective item, or an error on our part. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.
